摘要

PURPOSE: A bargain system in the Internet shopping mall is provided to enable a purchaser to present a hope price of a specific commodity to a shopping mall database and to automatically present a proper price of the commodity to the purchaser in the case that the purchaser is not satisfied with the price of the commodity so that it can enhance a customer satisfaction. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises steps of a purchaser negotiating over a price according to a commodity sort and a purchase amount, the purchaser negotiating over a price according to a payment condition, the purchaser presenting a hope price to an operator of the system, the operator presenting a discount price by considering the hope price, the purchaser negotiating over the price face to face, the operator expressing the processes by using html documents, a database and an e-mail, and the purchaser determining if purchasing the commodity at a negotiated price or not.
