PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of a cake made from wheat-flour, oil and honey and coated with jujube. The cake has excellent color and savory taste and promotes one's health due to pharmaceutical efficacies of jujube. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of a cake made from wheat-flour, oil and honey and coated with jujube is composed of the followings: (a) the first step for adding various additives into wheat flour then followed by mixing them and aging the mixture for four hours ; (b) the second step for molding the resultant paste in a certain shape; (c) the third step for frying the molded paste in unpolished rice oil at temperature of 110 deg.C; (d) the fourth step for dipping the fried cake into grain syrup for about 15 sec. and then drawing out it; and (e) the fifth step for coating whole surface thereof with jujube cut in a certain size.
