PURPOSE: A construction and management of an Internet wholesale shopping mall is provided for a local tradesman to buy a wanted commodity without visiting to a wholesale market by developing a wholesale and retail shopping mall program and solving a problems of a payment and a delivery in a one-step for performing a trade as in an actual market. CONSTITUTION: After a buyer connects to a web server and moves to a category for a purchase, the buyer inputs one's ID and password(1) and selects a wanted store and commodity and decides a purchase by referring to a detail explain and stores the commodity in a cart on a homepage and completes a payment(4), the purchase detail is transmitted to the corresponding seller(5). If the corresponding store prepares the commodity, a delivery instruction is performed to a delivery company(6), the delivery is completed(7), the buyer checks the ordered commodity(8), and a shopping mall operator requests(9) a payment to a designated account of the seller. If the payment is completed, the purchasing process is terminated(10).
