The chemical-free bulding materials and it`s manufacturing method

PURPOSE: A nonpolluting material for construction and production process thereof are provided which material has durability, formability, anti-corrosion, and firmness and don't contain pollutant material. CONSTITUTION: A vegetable fiber such as corn hull, corn stem, chaff, and rice straw is pulverized into 20-200mesh and glue of 10-40wt.% vegetable fiber is added. Water of 1-5times glue is added and pH is adjusted to 4-6.5 by hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, and sulfuric acid while mixing. The mixed material is compressed with 80kg-250kg/cm2 at 80-250deg.C for 2-200seconds in mold and dried.
