PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing artificial allophane from coal ash and incineration ash for the application to deodorization, composting etc. CONSTITUTION: The artificial allophane is manufactured by (i) heating/stirring coal ash or incineration ash in carbonic acid or sulfuric acid solution of pH 2-4 wherein the reaction is performed in the temperature range of 95 to 150deg.C for 2-4hrs; (ii) dehydrating/washing the obtained amorphous allophane followed by drying.
