PURPOSE: A customized knowledge portal system is provided to enable a user to easily and rapidly acquire information and knowledge by defining a structure of a personal portal system, by providing functions for supporting the system, thereby enabling the user to acquire necessary information and knowledge through an integrated single view. CONSTITUTION: A portal knowledge window database(5) is constructed by collecting internal knowledge windows(7) and external knowledge windows(8). Knowledge windows necessary for users are selected from the portal knowledge window database(5). After that, a setting value database(6) is constructed by optimizing the knowledge window selected. An individual portal view(2) provides integrated suitable for each user using the setting value database(6) through the single view. In addition, the individual portal view(2) enables the users to apply the integrated knowledge through a web browser(1).
