PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting the connection state of an air supplying pipe is provided to prevent the lowering of combustion effect and the generation harmful due to an imperfect combustion by alarming a signal if an air supplying pipe is disconnected with a suction pipe. CONSTITUTION: A limit switch(18) is installed at a connection part between an air supplying pipe(10) and a suction pipe(9) into which combustion air is sucked from an exterior. If the air supplying pipe(10) is connected to the suction pipe(9), the limit switch(18) is turned on so that an on-signal is sent to a controller. When the air supplying pipe(10) is disconnected with the suction pipe(9), the limit switch(18) is turned off so that an off-signal is sent to the controller. An alarm section consisting of indicating lamp and a buzzer is installed at a predetermined portion of a body. If the air supplying pipe(10) is disconnected with the suction pipe(9), the alarm section is operated by the controller so that an alarm signal is generated.
