The present invention relates to a drug release system of retinoic acid in which a proportion of retinoic acid is mixed with a microsphere made of polyelastic acid-polyethylene glycol block copolymer which is an amphiphilic polymer having both hydrophilic and hydrophilic groups.;In the present invention, microelastic acid and polyelactic acid-polyethylene glycol block copolymer are mixed at a predetermined ratio to prepare microspheres, and by adding retinoic acid and encapsulating the microspheres, the decomposition rate of microspheres and the release rate of retinoic acid can be controlled.;An object of the present invention to provide a sustained-release drug release system that can minimize the induction of the resistance of retinoic acid due to oral administration in the treatment of leukemia or various cancers using retinoic acid and increase the therapeutic effect.
