PURPOSE: An apparatus and method of stabilization of output and frequency of high frequency excited laser using photoelectric current effect are provided to obtain efficiency improvement of laser and a simplified and stabilized laser by using variation of high frequency via photoelectric current effect generated from laser itself as a criteria standard. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus of stabilization of output and frequency of high frequency excited laser comprises a resonator(100), a high frequency generator(7), a π-matching circuit(6), a lock-in stabilizer(4), a capacitor(8) and a detector(5). The resonator has a planar grating, a high frequency discharge tube, a pin hall and a total reflector. The lock-in stabilizer has a high frequency amplifier and a reference signal generator and stabilizes the frequency. The capacitor is connected with the resonator to measure a change of high frequency energy inputted by photoelectric current effect. The detector passes a portion of high frequency energy induced through the capacitor as to remove high frequency signal and then inputs the removed signal into the lock-in stabilizer.
