The alternator includes a MOSFET used as a stop that is sealed by a sealing member (such as an epoxy resin molding) with a heat dissipation fin and an external input / output terminal block. This sealing member can evenly disperse the stress even if the radiating fins, the terminal blocks, and the like have different vibration phases. The rectifier device is firmly fixed even when subjected to large vibrations, thereby preventing damage to the MOSFET. Since the MOSFET is sealed with a sealing member, the MOSFET is never exposed to atmospheric air. Therefore, the environmental resistance to the operating environment of the MOSFET can be improved by the alternator of the present invention.
