PURPOSE: A device for controlling the instability of a flow in a loop-type thermosyphon is provided to enhance the efficiency of an air conditioning system by making a fluid flow stably in a direction and preventing the depression of an evaporating unit. CONSTITUTION: A diameter of a condensation return path pipe(40) toward an evaporating unit(10) having a two-phase loop-type thermosyphon is shorter than a diameter of a two-phase insulating rising pipe. The condensation return path pipe is inserted into the evaporating unit. A block is formed in the evaporating unit to form a flow path of an operating fluid. The operating fluid flows stably along the flow path. With the uniform flow of the operating fluid in the evaporating unit, the temperature in the evaporating unit is kept uniform. Therefore, the volume of the evaporating unit is sustained and the evaporating unit uniformly contacts with a heating unit.
