REGENERATED LUBRICANT FROM WASTE LUBRICANT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a regenerated lubricant by recycling and recovering waste lubricant, in particular, industrial lubricant to repeatedly utilize therefore accomplishing reduction of industrial contamination and saving import expenditure of the lubricant required. CONSTITUTION: The regenerated lubricant is prepared by a process comprising several steps of: classifying waste lubricants by colors such as black, brick, white-red and gold colors and pre-heating them up to 20-30deg.C to remove moisture content; recovering original colors of the lubricant by heating the waste lubricant to 100-120deg.C; neutralizing acidic condition of the waste lubricant caused by introduction of sulfur component by adding alkali material; heating the neutralized lubricant to at least 100deg.C and adding white soil powders in an amount of 4 liter per 200 liter of the lubricant; purifying the agitated lubricant by forced filtering through a filter made of several filter papers at 120-150deg.C; and finally, storing the purified lubricant while pre-heating it.
