HIGH STRENGTH ARTIFICIAL COLORED FLOORING MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A high strength artificial colored flooring material and its construction method are provided, to improve the strength, to reduce the period of construction and the manufacturing cost, and to allow the polishing to be carried out without using water for preventing the environmental pollution due to the polishing water. CONSTITUTION: The high strength artificial colored flooring material is prepared by mixing 10-15 wt.% of powdered limestone or silica, 60-70 wt.% of imitation stone aggregate or natural stone aggregate, 15-20 wt.% of calcium carbonate powder or white cement and 2.5-7.5 wt.% of an inorganic coloring agent to obtain a mixture mortar; and mixing 83-93 wt.% of the obtained mixture mortar, 2-14 wt.% of an epoxy-based synthetic resin or a polyester-based synthetic resin and 2-6 wt.% of water of a thinner and stirring the mixture.
