METHOD FOR MASS-PURIFYING AND ACTIVATING NONSTRUCTURAL PROTEIN 3 DELTA OF HEPATITIS C VIRUS

PURPOSE: Provided are method for purifying and activating nonstructural protein 3 delta of hepatitis C being essential in development of inhibitors of nonstructural protein 3 in large quantity and used as a therapeutic agent for hepatitis C. CONSTITUTION: A method for mass-purifying nonstructural protein 3 delta of hepatitis C virus is composed of following steps of: (a) accepting an inactivated inclusion body including nonstructural protein 3 delta of hepatitis C expressed in E.coli and formed by crushing E.coli cells and centrifuging lysates; and (b) activating and separatiing nonstructural protein 3 delta of hepatitis C virus.
