In the related art, in the boost circuit using the MOS capacitance, a decrease in the operating margin on the low voltage side has been a problem as the power supply voltage is lowered.;The present invention provides a boost circuit for boosting a first voltage to generate a second voltage by using a capacitor unit, wherein the capacitor unit includes at least one MOS capacitor C21 each formed of a MOS transistor, and parallel with the MOS capacitor, respectively. At least one conductive electrode capacitor C22 having a first conductive electrode and a second conductive electrode which are connected to and opposed to each other and having a dielectric layer interposed between the first conductive electrode and the second conductive electrode.
