PURPOSE: A ready-made reinforced concrete seat block for a public stadium is provided to control a gradient of a seat smoothly and to execute laying works on a cap beam. CONSTITUTION: The ready-made reinforced concrete seat block(100) for a public stadium comprises a bottom plate part(10) extended horizontally, an upper vertical wall part(20) erected upward from the end of the bottom plate part(10), a lower vertical wall part(30) erected downward from the appointed location of the bottom plate part(10) and a pair of hanging projection parts(40) formed by cutting open both ends of the lower vertical wall part(30).
