TREATMENT METHOD OF LIVESTOCK FARMING EXCREMENT AND EQUIPMENT THEREOF

PURPOSE: A treatment method of livestock farming wastewater and equipment thereof is provided, which can decompose 100 % excrement and reduce by smoothly mixing excrement, microorganism and air using aeration devices. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises three sump tanks(2,3,4), a flow equalization tank(5), a fermentation tank(6), two aeration tanks(7,8) in which aeration devices are equipped, four storage tanks(9,10,11,12) and a high speed fermentation tank(100). Excrement is fed automatically to sump tanks(2,3,4) and the fermentation tank(6) through the flow equalization tank(5) in which a submerged pump(15) is installed to transfer influent excrement to secondary aeration tank(8). At the high speed fermentation tank(100), a secondary excrement feed line(10), a raw water pipe(9), a vibrator and vibrating plate screen are installed.
