METHOD FOR PRODUCING SYNTHETIC RESIN BEEHIVE USED FOR A BEE-KEEPING

PURPOSE: A method for producing a synthetic resin beehive used for a bee-keeping is provided, thereby the beehive having a structure suitable for habit and instinct of bees can be produced. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the synthetic resin beehive used for a bee-keeping comprises the steps of: injection molding of the hexagonal pillar unit(5) to be the hexagon unit of the beehive; preparing the hexagon unit assembly having an appropriate size according to the size of the beehive using the hexagonal pillar unit(5); coating a molding plate into an appropriate thickness in the bottom of the hexagon unit assembly to produce upper and lower molds for producing the beehive, in which the upper and lower molds are produced by pouring silicone to the bottom of the hexagon unit assembly to produce a silicone mold; coating plaster on the silicone mold to produce a plaster mold having the same shape of the hexagon unit assembly; producing two molds of the beehive using the plaster mold; and injection molding of the synthetic resin beehive using the upper and lower molds.
