The present invention is to provide a new method of producing O 3 (PFN) dielectric ceramic high dielectric constant yet a dielectric loss minimized pure Pb (Fe 1/2 Nb 1/2). After the production method of the PFN-based dielectric ceramic of the present invention to prepare a PFN-based dielectric ceramic powder according to a conventional solid phase reaction method, characterized in that calcining and sintering in an oxygen atmosphere with no incorporation of additives. According to the invention, yet a high dielectric constant of only the control of the calcination and sintering process it is possible to obtain the pure PFN dielectric ceramic is a dielectric loss minimized.
