The present invention relates to a dip coating machine for producing a thin film using a coating solution, and more particularly, to a simple non-powered dip coating machine that can control the coating speed using a water bath, a flow meter and a buoy. Float buoy in the tank and let the buoy descend by passing water in the tank through the flowmeter through the drain pipe at the bottom of the tank. As the buoy descends, the substrate contained in the coating solution connected to the buoy rises to coat the coating solution on the substrate. By adjusting the flow rate of the flow meter to adjust the descent rate of buoys in the tank and to control the coating speed.
