The present invention relates to a worm case cover mounting structure of a helical worm geared motor, and adopts a mounting method for assembling the worm case cover to the front of the worm case when assembling the reducer of the helical worm geared motor. By applying an airtight method that inserts an O-ring at the contact area between the parts, the worries of leakage due to the forward mounting method of the worm case can also be completely eliminated, so that the worm shaft, the worm wheel, and the output shaft can be manually operated without additional equipment. It is intended to provide a worm case cover mounting structure of a helical worm geared motor that can be assembled in advance to improve overall workability of the reduction gear assembly of the helical worm geared motor.
