The present invention has a partially drawn oriented yarn (POY) and gives a change in heat and tension in a texturing machine to form a synthetic fiber with a slightly different dyeability while making the yarn feel hard. By weaving the ombre fabric, it provides a synthetic fiber fabric for garments that has the same feel as the natural fiber hemp fiber and has the same appearance as the natural fiber due to the ombre and has excellent washing and wrinkleability.
