METHOD OF AND DEVICE FOR HEATING OF THICKENED AND SOLIDIFIED VISCOUS OIL PRODUCTS IN RAILWAY TANK CARS

FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is to be used at washing-steaming stations for heating remnants of thickened and solidifies viscous oil products in tank cars. Heating of oil products in carried out in microwave field by directional radiation in range of 400-1000 MHz with additional action of air flow heated at blowing out of magnetron energy terminal and inner surfaces of wave guide duct walls with steaming of steam jacket of drain device valve at steam pressure not exceeding 0.2 MPa. Device has heated shed installed on trestle and provided with outlet port and two doors. Guides are secured in upper part of shed with manipulator moving along guides on rollers. Design of manipulator makes it possible to install microwave module and air blower on its platform body with box skeleton. Waveguide duct, cover-screen and radiator are rigidly coupled with microwave module. Cover-screen is provided with shell, plates with slots and hole with branch pipe. Air blower has air duct connected through microwave module to magnetron energy terminal in waveguide duct. Steam jacket of drain device valve is connected with steam line. EFFECT: improved efficiency of process, reliability of equipment in operation, and enlarged operating capabilities. 5 cl, 3 dwg
