FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves transecting the duodenum along the superior ulcer edge. Bleeding blood vessel is sutured on the ulcer bottom. Ulcer crater is treatment with alcohol. The ulcer crater is filled with allogenic material of Alloplant series. The material is impregnated with thrombin solution. Ulcer mouth edges are brought together with sutures passing through the ulcer bottom. The alloplant is fixed on the ulcer crater bottom. The same thread is used for suturing the opposite edge of the duodenum and the sutures are tightened. Duodenum edges are turned under inward. Seroserous sutures are stitched with pancreas capsule and serous membrane of the duodenum. EFFECT: achieved full-valued hemostasis.
