FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves laying mulching material to seeding depth not exceeding 6 cm to provide mulching layer; tilling soil in crop and fallow rotation only to mulching layer depth. Mulching materials are mineral ameliorants: concrete clay, zeolites, calcium materials used in an amount of 4-16 t/ha; or mixtures of mineral and organic ameliorants used in the ratio of 1:(2-15).
