FIELD: construction engineering; designing and servicing engineering structures located in cryolithological regions. SUBSTANCE: device is designed to determine dynamics and mechanisms of occurrence and development of cryogenic soil heaving, soil settlement, and cryogenic soil creep. Draft mark and hollow datum mark with through slot are driven in ground. Tube with through slit and bush is installed on datum mark to prevent ingress of soil into slot. Device is provided with pins and flexible cord. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities; improved measurement accuracy. 1 dwg
