The optical aspheric surface is treated by a deformable tool, whose shape of bending of the working surface at treatment corresponds to the profile of the aspheric surface to be obtained. During treatment the part is moved relative to the tool. The peripheral sections of the aspheric surface and light-emitting diode that do not carry any functional load are removed. EFFECT: reduced time of sighting and laying, enhanced accuracy, reduced mass, overall dimensions, cost of sighting and observation devices, simplified design. 27 cl, 15 dwg
