FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: manufacture of the door sheathing consists inoperation of production of a plane blank from wood composite material. The blank is installed between the plates of a heated press, the plates should be heated to a temperature sufficient for softening the blank. A sufficient pressure is applied for jointing the plates, after that pressure is applied for jointing the plates, after that pressure is applied cylindrically until high levels of pressure are attained so as to make the blank deform to composite shape obtained by molding and determined by the configuration of the plates.
