FIELD: combined thermal and refrigerating plants. SUBSTANCE: method is designed for combined binary thermal plants which consists of two- gas-turbine plants or gas-turbine and steam-turbine plants interconnected by means of heat exchange apparatus; method consists in compression and expansion of working medium effect in gas-turbine plants stepwise at respective cooling at compression and additional preheating at expansion. In plant consisting of two gas-turbine units, expansion in turbine of second unit is effected to pressure below atmospheric level and heat exchange between units is effect at atmospheric or lower pressure. Plant consisting of gas-turbine and steam-turbine units, cooling of working medium in gas-turbine unit is effected in three stages: first stage-cooling is effected by isobars at additional compression to pressure below atmospheric level to lower steam superheat temperature of steam-turbine unit at respective transfer of heat to superheated steam of steam-turbine plant; second stage-cooling is performed stepwise by isobars to steam condensation point: third stage - cooling at stepped compression is effected to temperature and pressure of beginning of cycle at respective preheating of water in steam-turbine unit. Proposed method is performed in reverse operations in combined units. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 11 cl, 13 dwg
