The device is for welding cylindrical parts and rotation bodies and of the parts (A,B) to be welded, the one (A) is centered around an axis (2.1), which brings welding current to the welding electrode (2.2). The axis runs through the first tube axis (1.2) on the other side of the flange-typee part (1.1) and in the first tube axis are two tubular axes (2.4,3.1). The axis (2.1) carrying the electrode is held on the same center line as the first tube axis and makes possible an axial and/or rotating movement of the axis supporting the electrode.
