The wheel hub transmission has an integrated wet-plate brake. The running wheel is driven by a flanged electric motor (5) via a cylinder gear drive (11) and a planetary transmission stage (15). The outer cylindrical gear is made on the motor side as an open pot-like part. This part contains a bearing (12) on the motor side with the outer plate carrier (21) built into it, the inner plate ring (28) fixed to the transmission cover (4), and the pressure plate (32). The webs (31) project through apertures (30) in the inner plate ring, eventually merging with the bearing region.
