A reclosable pouring element for applying on a flat top package, in particular a rectangular cardboard/plastics composite package, has a base body (1), a closable lid (2) and an opening element (3) for piercing the wall of the flat top package in a rated zone provided therefor. Also disclosed is such a flat top package provided with such a pouring element which can be opened without using any contaminated objects. The lid (2) and the opening element (3) are designed in a single piece joined to the base body (1) so as to swivel around a swivelling axis (S). In the open position, they form a pouring tube (4) located outside the base body (1).
