The therapy and diagnosis device has a housing with a cinematic platform which rotates about its central axis, and upon which the patient stands. The forces exerted on the platform by the soles of the feet are measured via a pair of adjacent circuit boards with integrated piezoelectric sensors, coupled to an electronic amplifier and a digital recording and evaluation unit.
