Fitness device with the foot - and hand cranks

The fitness machine for standing rotary action has fully adjustable hand cranks, foot cranks, a brake and a telescopic column connection for exercising different muscle combinations. The fitness machine produces through rotary movements of various different adjustable strains on different muscle groups and has an infinitely adjustable column telescopic connection (12) and tip-out transport rollers (5). The right and left hand cranks (15) are adjustable individually and infinitely through a scissor chain drive. The foot crank chain drive (11) is radially movable about the axis on each of the columns and each foot (14) and hand crank is individually radially adjustable. A brake device adjusts the braking force. The column is adjustable in both inclined directions about an axis . A seat and bench accessory converts the machine for sitting and reclining use. An Independent claim is also included for body exercise by operating device by synchronized rotary movements of foot and hand cranks when standing and describe scissor chain drive and clamping lock.
