The aperture (4) is arranged in the resonator which is separated by single spectral component. A portion of the region of the opaque aperture can be connected by electronically controlling laser permeability. The laser resonator comprises a laser medium (1) with first resonator end mirror (1a), collimator optic (2), dispersive element (3), aperture (4) and resonator end mirror (6). An Independent claim is included for a process for spectral control of the laser beam.
