The light well (1) has walls with a support surface for a grating to cover the light well and a profile part, which is arranged at the edge of the light well and forms a support surface for the grating. The upper edge (1c) of the light well is held on the profile part. The light well has a vertical wall, in which the profile part can be inserted with two blades. The lower section of the profile part has a blade that fits on the support surface to support the grating and to stabilise the profile part.
