The tractor-drawn twin-disk agricultural spreader has a disk protector (18) on the side of the disks (14) nearest the tractor. The protector consists of an upper (25) and lower (26) section linked by a connecting section (27). The novel feature is that the lower section is not horizontal, but slopes downwards.
