Internet-based transaction settlement method between purchaser, tenderer and guarantor by transmitting transaction ID to guarantor for clearance

The tenderer (A) and purchaser (K) are allocated respective unique IDs, and a unique transaction ID is generated with reference to the purchaser, tenderer and guarantor (G). The purchaser initiates the transaction and transmits his purchaser ID to the tenderer. The purchaser transmits the transaction ID to the guarantor. The guarantor decides whether to enable the transaction ID. The guarantor transmits clearance for the transaction to the tenderer and/or the purchaser, e.g. after a request from the tenderer or purchaser. The guarantor may be a credit institution or credit card company.
