The present invention relates to flow control agents containing hydroxyl - and uretdione groups, to a process for their preparation and their use for the production of highly glossy, light - and weather stable powder paint films with a lower susceptibility to failure of the coating surface after processing of the powder coatings, in particular on single-screw extruders.
