The exhaust pipe has two separate upper exhaust tubes (1, 2) connected to lower exhaust tubes (3, 5), one inside the other. The two upper tubes converge, with their cross section changing to a D shape. The outer lower tube (3) is connected to both upper ones where they are connected to each other. One of the upper ones passes into a transition tube (4) of cross section changing from D shape to round.
