The set consists of at least two interconnected reinforcement bodies (1) each of which has a lengthwise passage (13) through for a reinforcement wire (14).The wire is permanently joined to the distal reinforcement body, and goes through the passage in all the reinforcement bodies to emerge from the proximal reinforcement body. The reinforcement wire consists of several separate strands (14',14.14', 14) twisted together.
