The device has a reflux check valve in or near a connection sleeve. The valve has a closure body (14) that can move inside a casing (6), between an open position defined by a guard (22) and a closed position, in which it presses against a valve seat (26). The guard is a solid component with a conical outer surface, and its outer diameter is larger than the diameter of the casing exit opening (23).
