The effectiveness indicator provision method compares the defined traffic hold-up results, provided by evaluation of time-dependent measuring data, with the defined switching results based on time-dependent switching conditions which are used for controlling traffic flow devices, the supplied effectiveness indicator used for optimization of the traffic hold-up evaluation method.
