Solid medicaments having a high thioctic acid ( alpha -lipoic acid) content are produced by the dry granulation (and optional subsequent tabletting) or the direct tabletting of thioctic acid with adjuvants. Independent claims are also included for the medicaments in the form of tablets or granulates.
