The template is made of plastics and fixed to the structural surface. It is laid out with the tile sizes and joining gaps for accurate tile laying. Numerous templates can be used and joined up to extend over the entire wall or floor surface. The tile adhesive is placed to 3 mm on the back of the tile which is then placed in position on the template.
