The acoustic damper plate for pipelines, especially for damping generated ultrasonic waves generated by the medium flow, has a carrier plate (2) and one or more absorbent and reflective layers (4) in the pipe (22) across the flow direction (5) of the medium through the pipe. The interface plane (2a) of the carrier plate (2) and the interface plane (4a) of the layer (4) are parallel to each other. The carrier plate (2) and the layers (4) have passage openings (3) through them. The layers (4) are of plastics and/or metal or foam materials.
