PURPOSE: Reflecting unit and pipe for measuring flow velocity/flow rate and an ultrasonic flowmeter having the same are provided to accurately measure the flow velocity of fluid by preventing the distribution or flow of the fluid from becoming distorted.;CONSTITUTION: A reflecting unit and pipe for measuring flow velocity/flow rate comprises a flow pipe, a flow hole and a reflective surface. The flow hole is formed in the length direction of the flow pipe. The flow hole moves fluid and is a through hole. The reflective surface is formed to slope to the length direction of the slow pipe. The reflective surface reflects ultrasonic wave. The reflective surface is formed to slope at an angle of 45 with respect to the length direction of the flow pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
