The bike has in addition to the usual rear wheel drive with gears a manual drive for the front wheel. The manual drive has a bearing and toothed rim fixed on the handle bar. The force is transferred from the manual drive to the front wheel pinion through chains, belts or gearing. Gears can be shifted on the front wheel independently of the rear wheel shift.
