The rectangular box (A) is fitted with a door (B) at the front, which is joined with hinges (E) and has a lock (D) positioned at the opposite side. A second, open container (F), consisting of a rectangular back, a horizontal segment at the top and two triangular shaped sides is swivel mounted inside the mail box (A). The box (A) is kept in an accessible mode by the top edge of the inner container (F) leaning against the door (B) and preventing the lock (D) from snapping in. When an item is positioned inside the box (A), the upper edge is pushed backwards, facilitating the catch (I) to engage with the locking element (D).
