The cooling water preparation, as in P19903743.4, has the water passed through a phase transition reservoir (1), using liquid paraffin as the phase transition medium, which is coupled to a naturally ventilated closed cooling tower (2), for transferring heat to the environment during the night and the early morning hours and to a heat exchanger (3) for removing heat from a cooled room (4).
